I’m a somatic practitioner, located in Chicago, IL. I began my journey with massage training in Hawaii, in 2006, and then expanded my expertise to include certifications in Rosen Method bodywork, yoga, and somatic psychology.
My work blends relaxation-focused therapeutic massage with transformative bodywork to help you restore balance and well-being.
